Job Opportunity: Regional Sales Manager - Water/Wastewater Filtration

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: Up to $150k
  • OTE: $220k-$225k with uncapped commission
  • Frequent travel within the Western Region (U.S. & Canada)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and end users
  • Promote water filtration and treatment products, driving growth in key accounts
  • Deliver both technical and commercial presentations
  • Lead sales initiatives, including trade shows and regional events
  • Collaborate with internal teams for solution support and bid strategies
  • Manage CRM and provide accurate sales forecasts for assigned territories

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the water/wastewater treatment industry
  • Proven track record in business development and account management
  • Strong expertise in water filtration systems and treatment technologies
  • Experience working with manufacturer's rep networks is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience)
