Full-time Base + Commission Portland-based with Territory Travel

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales territory based out of the Portland office and through on-the-road visits
- Lead consultative sales efforts, providing technical insight and solutions to public agencies and contractors
- Collaborate closely with a team of sales professionals to drive territory performance and customer satisfaction
What You'll Bring:
- Interest or background in the transportation or construction industry
- 2+ years of industrial or technical sales experience, ideally in roadway safety
- Familiarity with selling to government agencies or construction firms
- Comfort with a large, technical product line and the ability to learn quickly
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team-oriented with a high level of accountability
- Willingness to travel up to 60% within the assigned territory
Preferred Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Strong planning and organizational skills, CRM proficiency, and computer literacy
- Engineering aptitude or technical comfort working with infrastructure-related products
