Sofidel America is a leading provider in the tissue paper industry, recognized for innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Regional Sales Manager - Retail to support our retail sales organization from our corporate headquarters in Horsham, Pennsylvania.

This in-office role, reporting to the National Sales Director, plays a key part in supporting daily sales operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a proactive sales environment. While experience with large national retail headquarters is valuable, we are particularly interested in candidates who have worked with regional or Northeast-based retail accounts such as Giant, Wakefern, Weis, Bozzuto's, or C&S Wholesale. Experience with these types of companies demonstrates meaningful retail HQ interaction, even if not with large national chains. Most importantly, we are looking for someone eager to learn and ready to contribute to a fast-moving team.

Key Responsibilities:


• Manage the day-to-day business needs of regional retail accounts


• Coordinate sales activities including meetings, presentations, and travel logistics


• Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems


• Generate and analyze sales reports to support strategic initiatives


• Handle product sample requests and related shipping/coordination


• Maintain organized sales documentation, including contracts


• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner


• Track and monitor sales materials and inventory


• Ensure sales team objectives align with business goals and timelines


• Assist in the preparation of impactful sales presentations and proposals


• Provide administrative and logistical support to the sales team


• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales activities

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree required (Business Administration, Marketing, Communications preferred)


• 2 to 3 years of experience in sales development or retail HQ account support; experience with companies like Giant, Wakefern, Weis, Bozzuto's, or C&S Wholesale is strongly valued


• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 33% of the time


• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools


• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment


• Familiarity with tools such as Luminate, Retail Link, Supplier Hub, and POL is a plus
