Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our roofing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, preferably in construction or roofing, and be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and mentoring a team of sales representatives. You will play a key role in developing strategies to expand our market presence and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of roofing sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase market share.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training to improve team effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and industry partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Prior experience in the roofing or construction industry strongly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally as needed.
