Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow revenue.
  • Identify and close new OEM direct accounts.
  • Manage and support regional sales representatives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Oversee accounts during the NPI product development process.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of sales experience in technology/hardware.
  • Proven ability to close large deals and develop top-tier customers.
  • Experience in NPI program management preferred.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Technical background (Electrical/Mechanical Engineering) is a plus.
