We are working with a family-owned, $350M manufacturer of HVAC products who is looking for a Regional Sales Manager based in Denver. This person should come with HVAC product experience and established relationships with distribution. With a solid base and uncapped monthly commission plan, including an annual bonus, this is a great opportunity to have a direct impact on a growing region and be compensated well for it.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute sales initiatives and strategies
- Implement sales and marketing plans for new and existing customers
- Harvest and maintain long-term relationships with key account decision-makers
- Research and successfully obtain company specifications on residential/light commercial projects
- Maintain a schedule of customer/potential customer visits and calls
- Troubleshoot product issues when needed
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required, Advanced Degree preferred
- 15+ years' experience in the HVAC industry; Oil heat experience a plus
- Excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills
- Must have proven and successful leadership capabilities
- Valid Driver's License
- Willing to travel up to 75%
