What You'll Be Doing
- Own and grow relationships with existing key customers
- Drive the full sales cycle: qualify leads, build proposals, follow up, and close deals
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experience
- Track your progress in our CRM (Hubspot) and contribute to continuous improvement
- Represent PMC-STS at leading regional and national trade shows
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Engineering or equivalent technical experience
- 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally in industrial technology
- Great communicator - both in person and in writing
- Comfortable with travel (up to 50%) across North America
- Knowledge of pressure sensor technology 9pressure, level, temperature, flow, and analytics) or related fields is a plus
- CRM-savvy (Hubspot experience preferred)
- Proactive, self-driven, and a strong team player
