We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead regional management and oversight activities focused on driving team performance, fostering collaboration, and enhancing the profitability of our industrial weighing systems and precision measurement equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for sales growth, marketing efforts, and business expansion throughout this region.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to meet revenue goals. This includes creating a sales process, establishing sales objectives, and educating the sales team
- Oversee multiple sales representatives, set sales goals, and organize sales quotas.
- Conduct regular meetings with account managers, project managers, regional managers and technicians to discuss safety, assess workloads, identify priorities, review actions taken and plan future actions.
- Interact with other departments to ensure an exceptional level of Customer Service and to solve problems in an effective and timely manner.
- Marketing, promotion and follow-up activities.
- As necessary, assist in recruitment and selection for the field sales team, appraisals, performance management, training, coaching and disciplinary meetings.
- Manage current customer partnerships with all channel levels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, generate leads, and provide support throughout the sales pipeline.
- Meet ISO 9001 Quality Management System objectives and follow processes.
- Generate sale plan leads for Account Managers through the Sale Incentive Plan (SIP)
Education, Experience, and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years in a sales manager role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with industry-specific software.
- Results-driven with a strategic mindset and strong business acumen.
- Be a positive company brand representative and exemplify the values of integrity, initiative, teamwork, quality, leadership, accountability.
- Able and willing to travel across the South Atlantic region to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support multiple service locations.
- Valid driver's license in good standing
