About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the Non-Durable Goods Manufacturing industry. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the Texas, TX region. You will work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with distributors and national accounts.
Minimum Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in Regional Sales, Distributor Sales, Territory Sales, National Sales or related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing market share
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications: - Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field
- Experience in Non-Durable Goods Manufacturing industry
- Experience managing a sales team
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the assigned territory
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with distributors and national accounts
