  • The Position
  • Territory-based Sales Engineer role focused on new business development and account management
  • Sell custom automation and control solutions to manufacturing clients in your assigned region
  • Partner with applications and engineering teams to develop proposals and close deals
  • Attend customer meetings, trade shows, and site visits to understand needs and provide value-based solutions

The Details

  • Base salary: $80,000
  • First-year OTE: $140K-$160K+ (uncapped)
  • Monthly car allowance or company vehicle
  • Strong internal technical team for support on projects and proposals
  • Travel within regional territory (30-40%, primarily day trips)
