What You'll Be Doing - Lead and mentor a dynamic sales and back-office team for our Aggregates division, ensuring efficient operation across 11 facilities.
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to meet company objectives in a rapidly changing market environment.
- Drive a customer-centric culture focused on quality and transformational change, achieving challenging goals and objectives independently.
- Inspire a high-performing sales team by fostering continuous improvement and embracing digital innovation.
- Facilitate collaboration with internal stakeholders-operations, quality control, marine, North American Sales Operations, and senior leadership-as well as key external partners, including customers and industry associations.
What Are We Looking For - A Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field, combined with a minimum of 10 years of sales experience and 5 years of leadership experience, preferably in construction materials.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data and market trends, leading to informed decision-making.
