Collegiate Hotel Group is seeking a Regional Sales Coordinator.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Sets examples through a professional, friendly attitude towards clients and team members, timely response to clients and team members.
  • Receives and responds to requests for information and inquiries by responding directly to the customer or routing communication to the appropriate team member.
  • Extend quote rates to clients based on contracted flexibility of +/- 3 days.
  • Extend group blocks based on % occupancy and availability based on hotel size.
  • Manage sales business by composing and distributing correspondence, reports, or client documentation including but not limited to - BEOs, PACE Reports, Statistical Reports, and Resumes - based upon organizational practice, and policies.
  • Assists with completing daily/weekly/monthly reports.
  • Ensures all documents are completed accurately and on time and maintains digital sales records and filing system.
  • Manage Wedding/Social Blocks once contracted. This includes sending scheduled rooming list updates, resumes, overall coordination of rooms-only details, and post-event duties.
  • Creation of booking link
  • Detail rooms only groups
  • Coordinate with accounting to process deposits and record payments as entered in the deposit schedule.
  • Document communication with clients in Delphi by using the Outlook tool.
  • Monitor forward on based on subject matter.
  • Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum of High School education, post-high school education preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year in a hotel or conference Catering/Sales Assistant role
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
