This Regional Sales and Operations Manager will oversee a network of up to 15 fitness facilities within the Phoenix area. This role is focused on providing an outstanding customer experience, driving revenue growth, and increasing profitability. In this position, you will take a hands on approach to leadership, guiding teams to meet and exceed sales goals and ensure consistent operational success.

Job Duties
- Guide and support staff in maintaining high standards for customer service, operational consistency, and financial management.
- Set clear expectations and provide ongoing coaching to direct reports to enhance performance and client satisfaction and retention.
- Drive regional revenue and profit targets through active membership growth, secondary revenue streams, and streamlined operational practices.
- Recruit, train, and develop direct reports and front-line staff to sustain high levels of performance across the facilities.
- Conduct routine facility evaluations to maintain quality standards, develop action plans, and coach for improvement.
- Cultivate a work culture that encourages growth, internal development, and consistent performance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in high volume single unit facility. Multi-unit facility management within the wellness and / or fitness industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field preferred.
- Ability to meet revenue and operational targets in a competitive environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on a team motivation and development
- Willing to travel up to 75% within the assigned region
- Single unit management experience required. Highly preferred in fitness studio, gym or health club
