G2 Secure Staff is expanding and looking to add to the Regional Recruitment Management operations based out of George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH).

The Regional Recruitment Manager is directly responsible for leading a team of recruiters who facilitate the entire life cycle of the recruitment process. This position will focus on process improvement of the recruiting department while ensuring strategies that meet the company's overall goals and objectives.


QUALIFICATIONS:


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's Degree or 5 to 7 years or more of direct experience within Recruiting, Project Management and or Human Resources.
  • 3-5 years of experience managing multiple direct reports, managing in a virtual setting is preferred.
  • World-class communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Proven track record of critical thinking and analyzing qualitative and quantitative recruitment metrics.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team across a virtual environment.
  • Experience cultivating and maintaining positive relationships at all levels within the company.
  • Strong knowledge of ADP applicant tracking system is preferred.
  • Ability to travel 50% or more with immediate or limited notice, which may include extended overnight stays.
  • Work location should be in proximity of a major US Airport or company designated location.

PERMORANCE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Meet necessary requirements to complete pre-employment screening and obtain a security sensitive identification badge
  • Treat all information as confidential.
  • Ability to effectively deal with all levels of applicants, employees, management, and clients.
  • Actively participate in the Safety Management System (SMS)
  • Collaborate with different levels of management to analyze and forecast staffing needs and create strategies aligned with company's hiring objectives.
  • Partner with General Managers and HR Managers on current and future recruiting strategies hiring needs and develop strategies that support these needs.
  • Collaborate with HR Manager on developing and implementing strategic retention plans.
  • Manage a team of recruiters who facilitate the entire life cycle of recruitment from candidate generation through direct sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the recruitment team while providing them with direction and overall individual development.
  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies that emphasize data analytics, quality and diversity of candidates.
  • Focus on process improvement and independently source solutions.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics to assess recruiting effectiveness and predict future opportunities or roadblocks.
  • Cultivate a strong employer brand that aligns with G2' s overall company culture and helps attract top talent.
  • Stay ahead of trends through networking and benchmarking and incorporate the information into the recruiting processes.
  • Develop, participate and execute projects that improve the company's ability to attract talent.
  • Interpret hiring and market data and research industry trends that affect the workforce.
  • Excellent understanding of and the ability to manage multiple recruiting and marketing platforms.
  • Stays within budgetary allotment and implements cost saving strategies
  • Other duties as assigned.
