Position Available: Regional Property Manager
Location: Washington, DC
The Regional Property Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the overall performance and profitability of a portfolio of multifamily properties. This role involves developing and implementing effective property management strategies, ensuring high tenant satisfaction, and optimizing financial returns for property owners. The Regional Property Manager plays a crucial role in coordinating and leading property management teams, collaborating with various stakeholders, and maintaining a strong understanding of the real estate market trends in the region.

Key Requirements:
- 1+ year as a Regional Property Manager and/or multiple site manager with exceptional people and leadership skills.
- Experience in all conventional, multifamily building types to include Highrise, Mid-Rise, Garden, new development, lease ups, renovations, and mixed use. Highly prefer lease up experience with high profile clients.
- 3rd party management experience including working with institutional clients preferred.
- Proficiency in using property management software (preferably Yardi and/or Real Page).
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
