Your Story So Far: Proven Experience: You've honed your Property Management skills, particularly in Affordable Housing, Section 8, and LIHTC, and you're ready to take on more. Educational Edge: A Bachelor's degree is great, but 5 years of HUD Sec. 8 housing experience at the community manager level is even better. Certified & Ready: If you've got Yardi experience or certifications like COS or TOS, you're already ahead of the game. Regulatory Know-How: You understand Fair Housing Laws, OSHA requirements, and EEOC regulations, and you're not afraid to enforce them.
