Who we are looking for and contributions you will provide We are looking for an experienced
Regional Property Manager to manage a portfolio of 5-6 residential communities (approximately 1,000 units) in Sacramento and the Bay Area. This person will oversee on-site teams, ensure operational standards, and maintain alignment with corporate objectives. The position is based at our Rocklin, CA corporate office and requires regular travel to property sites. Remote work is not available for this role.
What You'll Do The position involves managing property performance, ensuring compliance, and maintaining resident satisfaction, while supervising the on-site team. It also includes achieving financial and business objectives.
- Manage daily operations, finances, and team leadership for assigned properties.
- Control budgets, purchasing, and expenses.
- Provide accurate financial and operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety and risk standards.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff for optimal performance.
- Implement strategic marketing and leasing plans.
- Oversee capital improvements and renovations, including contracts and vendors.
What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Over 7 years' experience as a Regional Property Manager.
Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) and Certified Property Manager (CPM) certification required. If you do not hold a CPM certification, must be willing to obtain it within 2 years of hire date.
Proven experience managing multi-family properties in California.
Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Yardi, CRM solutions, and revenue management software.
Ability to travel throughout the region.

The salary range for this position is $53-65 per hour. The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as the candidate's experience and qualifications.
