Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations for multiple commercial properties (malls, shopping plazas, high-end retail clientele).
  • Oversee leasing, tenant relations, and contract negotiations.
  • Develop and manage property budgets, ensuring profitability.
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects.
  • Supervise on-site staff and third-party vendors.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure standards are met.

Profile

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years in commercial property management, with multi-site experience preferred.
  • 80% remote/ 20% travel to sites
  • Strong knowledge of property management software and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Real Estate License or related certification is a plus.
