Our client provides affordable housing across the United States. They are looking to add a
Regional Property Manager to their team. Salary/Hourly Rate: $105k Position Overview: The Regional Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the assigned properties under the guidance of the Regional Director. They will review and enforce company policy and procedures for determining household eligibility for federal, state, and local funded affordable housing programs. Responsibilities of the Regional Property Manager:
- Organize and carry out training for all site staff on HUD 202, Tax Exempt Bond, PRAC, RAD/PRAC, and Low-Income Tax Credits (LIHTC).
- To guarantee continuous compliance and adherence to all imposed program restrictions, review rentals, utility allowances, household yearly income, and the published maximum program rent and income limits.
- Together with the managers, go over the monthly financial statements and help create the monthly budget variance.
Qualifications for the Regional Property Manager:
- Experience managing multiple communities.
- 5+ years of experience working in affordable housing programs including one or more of the following: HUD, PRAC, LIHTC, Section 8, and HOME.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
