Regional Property Manager (with Out-of-State Experience)

Location: PG County, Maryland

Salary Range: $125,000 - $175,000

Join our rapidly growing real estate investment firm as a Regional Property Manager, overseeing a garden-style property with approximately 650 apartments located in PG County, Maryland. We're seeking a seasoned leader with deep real estate expertise who can drive performance, elevate on-site teams, and enhance tenant satisfaction in a large-scale residential community

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee property operations across multiple states, ensuring efficient management and operational excellence.
  • Lead, support, and motivate on-site staff to consistently deliver outstanding results.
  • Collaborate with property teams to execute effective leasing and marketing strategies.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, company policies, and safety standards.
  • Manage budgets, control expenses, and maximize revenue across the portfolio.
  • Perform periodic site visits to ensure consistent quality and property upkeep.
Requirements:
  • Proven success in a Regional Property Manager role overseeing multiple properties.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to coach and inspire teams.
  • Deep knowledge of real estate operations, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a detail-oriented approach to budgeting and reporting.
  • Experience with class C garden-style redevelopment properties.
  • Proficiency in Yardi property management software is required.
  • This position is ideal for someone who lives in the PG County area or is willing to be on-site regularly during the week.
