Your Story So Far: Proven Experience: You've honed your Property Management skills, particularly in LIHTC, Affordable Housing, and Section 8 and you're ready to take on more. Educational Edge: A Bachelor's degree is great, but 5 years of multifamily Sec. 8 housing and LIHTC experience at the community manager level is even better. Certified & Ready: If you've got Yardi experience or certifications like COS or TOS, you're already ahead of the game. Regulatory Know-How: You understand Fair Housing Laws, OSHA requirements, and EEOC regulations, and you're not afraid to enforce them.
