We are currently seeking a dynamic and hands-on Regional Product & Marketing Manager for our client, SIMONSWERK North America. This individual will play a critical role in shaping the product positioning and go-to-market strategies across the U.S. and Canadian markets, working closely with sales, engineering, and international product teams.

Role and Key responsibilities:
The Regional Product & Marketing Manager will promote all products and their features to SIMONSWERK's target audience, including architects, interior designers, door manufacturers, and hardware distributors. The role works in a Matrix structure, collaborating with international product managers in Europe, while also laying the groundwork to build out the North American product and marketing team.
- Defining and executing product strategies across sales channels and customer segments in North America.
- Leading product positioning, pricing, and lifecycle planning for the U.S. and Canadian markets.
- Collaborating closely with international product and marketing teams to align strategies.
- Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and implementation barriers for hinge and hardware systems.
- Overseeing media planning and the creation and distribution of promotional campaigns.
- Coordinating product launches, marketing campaigns, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Acting as the liaison to marketing agencies for regional campaigns and promotional materials.
- Supporting field sales teams through product training, tools, and technical content.
- Representing the company at key industry trade shows.
- Working with internal and external partners to ensure products align with building codes, import restrictions, and evolving industry needs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical or engineering field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a product management, technical marketing, or application engineering role within a manufacturing or building products environment.
- Strong understanding of mechanical/technical systems, ideally with background in technical building products.
- Experience with technical sales, distributor coordination, and/or market-specific implementation strategies.
- Experience working in a Matrix organization and cross-border coordination with Europe preferred.
- Familiarity with the four Ps of marketing: Product, Price, Place, and Promotion.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Comfortable with up to 30% travel (trade shows, client visits, collaboration with international teams).
