Mass General Brigham Community Division
Mass General Brigham is seeking experienced Primary Care physicians to join our Regional Care Team a unique opportunity offering variety, flexibility, and work-life balance.
This role supports short-term primary care coverage at established community practices across our system. Rather than managing your own panel, you'll step into well-resourced clinics to care for patients while their usual provider is on leave or transitioning.
Assignments typically last several weeks to a few months, giving you schedule stability while eliminating panel management responsibilities.

Who We're Looking For:
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med-Peds
- 3+ years of primary care experience
- Licensed (or eligible) in Massachusetts and/or New Hampshire
- Comfortable with technology and adaptable to new settings
- Willing to provide coverage across the Greater Boston area
Practice Support:
- Virtual Clinic Support for in basket management
- Access to cutting-edge AI tools for notetaking and charting
- Medical Access Coordinator
- Social Workers
