JOB SUMMARY
As the Sogeti Regional Practice Manager (RPM) of our Applications & Cloud Technology (ACT) Practice in Illinois, you will manage a high-performance team of IT professionals, lead client engagements and provide delivery excellence across the ACT portfolio, provide thought leadership and deliver value to our clients across industry verticals.

Responsibilities:
Manage team of IT professionals across and involving ACT- cloud solutions, Agile & DevOps Solutions, Application Development & Maintenance, O365, Program & Project Management and cloud computing (mobility, security, reliability, automation, scalability, cost-efficiency) overseeing engagements, hiring talent, mentoring and coaching the team.
Lead highly complex and large-scale strategy, build and implementation and run engagements.
Provide direction to the team to deliver outputs which provide our clients high quality deliverables with focus on business outcomes and storytelling.
Play a client-service role for engagements by partnering with clients to become a trusted advisor, manage and exceed client expectations and present findings to clients.
Own solutioning, client management and delivery of projects.
Support in business growth through collaboration with account teams on pre-sales activities through research, solutioning support and providing thought leadership, as well as working with alliance partners on sell-with opportunities.
Work on ongoing development of capabilities across the team, development of new assets and contribute to go-to-market (GTM) solutions.
Qualifications:
At least 15+ years of experience in delivering large scale engagements.
Strong experience across the entire ACT lifecycle including cloud solutions, Agile & DevOps Solutions, Application Development & Maintenance, O365, Program & Project Management and cloud computing (mobility, security, reliability, automation, scalability, cost-efficiency).
Strong background in both functional and technical aspects, coupled with a keen business acumen and solid management skills.
Mandatory experience in delivering projects and programs, as well as a proven track record in identifying business opportunities, cultivating client relationships and pursuing new business ventures.
Effective business acumen with a proven track record in strategic planning and execution.
Ability to define business case for solutions, measure and report business outcomes and complete storytelling to leadership executives.
Adept at interfacing with clients at any level, executives to engineers.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Hands-on and ability to coach and mentor team with technical acumen and capability expertise on technologies.
Strong experience in ACT ecosystem across Azure, AWS, Google/GCP.
Currently located/residing in and have relationships built within Illinois, specifically the Chicagoland-downtown Chicago area.
