Schedule: Full-Time

Compensation: $110,000 - $125,000 / year

Portfolio: TBD

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee portfolio's operational and financial performance to ensure achievement of established objectives.
  • Expected to report on monthly budget variances, while providing revenue generating solutions or expense savings strategies to achieve financial goals.
  • Perform quarterly property inspections/reviews to ensure operations are organized/managed per current policy and procedure.
  • Review and gain approval for capital projects, including larger scale capital projects requiring multiple bids.
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare and manage multiple budgets.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and employee development skills.
  • Working knowledge of applicable Landlord Tenant Laws, Fair Housing mandates and other legal issues affecting property management.
  • Experience with delinquencies, renewals, accounting, collection of rent, and conflict resolution of resident issues.
  • Proficiency with property management software (YARDI Voyager preferred), revenue management software, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Minimum 5 years Multi-Site/Regional property management experience (leasing, marketing, maintenance, employee supervision and development, resident relations, vendor relations and negotiations).
  • Bachelor's degree, CPM, CRM or other industry related accreditations preferred.
  • Lease-Up, New Construction, Mixed Use and Institutional Client Experience preferred.
