Schedule: Full-Time - Monday - Friday
- 8:30a-5 or 9a -6p (depending on the needs of the property)
- Occasional evenings & weekends for move in/outs or resident events
- Comfortable as a float to all properties as needed
Compensation: 60k-70k
Responsibilities:ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein. Additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely may be required as required by supervisory personnel.
- Deliver excellent internal and external customer service. This person may work independently or with a larger team and must be skilled in working under both conditions.
- Understand and execute on project tasks, including, but not limited to: AR/AP/PO processing, delinquency tracking and collections, leasing and work order administration, physical property inspections, policy and procedure implementation, compliance and auditing, CRM queue support, and other project management related tasks.
- Additional duties may include: Employee management, conflict resolution, financial reporting/budgeting, leasing, resident retention initiatives, project scope/bids, due diligence, asset acquisition/disposition related tasks, etc.
- As directed, assist the Regional Property Manager and/or Property Manager to mentor, lead and manage a high-performing, cohesive team, including leasing, customer service, maintenance and management personnel, in order to maximize team engagement.
- Identify and report procedure and skill gaps to the Training Team for further evaluation and development of a training plan. Occasional assistance in mentoring on-site team members (with the guidance of the Operations and Learning and Development Teams).
- Provide superior customer service and communication to our residents and prospects to enhance customer satisfaction and increase retention, revenue, reputation, and profitability.
- Support the company's philosophy, goals and adhere to policies.
- Comply with all industry Fair Housing rules, OSHA standards, compliance requirements, and company policies.
- Report to Assistant Vice President, any unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the residents, properties, procedures, or employees.
- Responsible for seeking educational opportunities and self-improvement for personal growth and development.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Proficient in Yardi
- Section 42/Tax Credit Experience Preferred.
