We are looking for a Regional Operations Manager to join our new region in Nebraska. We are opening a brand new center in Omaha, NE.

Position Overview:

The Regional Operations Manager is a pivotal role that will contribute to the overall success of our organization by overseeing a specific region, including all administrative operations: school, center, and home services.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level support to multiple centers within the region, ensuring consistent operational excellence and alignment with company goals.
  • Oversee the operation managers of the service line, ensuring they are delivering exceptional service and meeting established performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement operational strategies that enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall business success.
  • Conduct ongoing training and development initiatives for Center Operations Managers, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Analyze data and track inquiries to clients, identifying trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for resource optimization.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and teamwork across the region.
  • Communicate effectively with senior management, providing regular updates on operational performance, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Other responsibilities include oversight of school and home ops
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5-7 years of relative experience with a proven track record of success in operations management or a related role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams toward achieving ambitious goals.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with diverse stakeholders and fostering collaboration.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and using insights to drive operational improvements.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Previous experience in relevant software/tools/systems is a plus.

Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
