- Boost sales by performing business reviews, analysis and providing solutions aligned with APM initiatives and overall strategy regarding performance standards.
- Evaluate Franchise leadership, culture, results
- Identify and evaluate business opportunities, establish goals by using data and conducting trend analysis
- Monitor improvements and provide feedback and direction
- Support the onboarding and training of new franchisees by teaching assigned topics at training
- Understand business financial management and teach key principals to franchisees
- Influence buy-in/adoption/execution of APM technologies, marketing, scheduling, and other programs
- Provides and maintains clear and timely communication lines to the Aussie Pet Mobile community - franchisees, Brand leadership, and when needed HFC leadership. Must possess strong communication skills and follow-up, timely submission of reports, and can resolve common business challenges with management support.
- Teach Franchisees how to develop and execute a competitive pricing strategy that maximizes their profitability.
- Promotes and implements best practices. Brings best-in-class franchise and business coach related practices to the organization to deliver business solutions that meet business requirements. Promotes and demonstrates knowledge sharing and continuous learning. That said, flexibility and the ability to effectively deal with ambiguity in a rapidly growing company is key to the success of this role.
- Must be able to travel to new franchise training, regional training, Franchisee visits, and national convention.
