Job Summary - Responsible for effectively translating and implementing the strategic marketing requirements of the Business Streams into tailored marketing activities that support regional/local business objectives. This includes careful consideration of budget utilization, target market diversity, and business approaches.

Job Description Translate and implement the comprehensive marketing and communications strategies of the Business Streams tailored to the unique needs and goals of the respective region.
Design and development of regional/local marketing plans for the defined target market segments/target groups, incl. key activities and budgets to support the retention of existing customers and acquisition of new customers according to defined KPIs.
Alignment and support of the respective marketing plan: from strategy (focus areas) to programs to operational marketing campaigns and tactics (incl. KPIs) to support business streams.
Implements regional marketing & communication strategy, processes, structures, tools, KPIs in the region in line with global governance & guidelines.
Aggregates for the region all local marketing plans and ensures their execution.
Derive the best go-to-market (marketing) tactics from the business strategy briefings to drive the business in line with the business/market needs/strategy.
Define marketing mix to support sales and business objectives and support the TR marketing strategy Adapts regional/local content and distributes via specific local (digital) marketing channels.
Plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns and initiatives, including digital marketing, content marketing, public relations , and advertising, to achieve regional business targets. Conducting analytics (incl. KPI reports) upon completion of campaigns to control effectiveness of marketing activities and gather insights for future campaigns. Developing and implementing measures to optimize campaigns.
Ensures Implementation and controls global & regional marketing campaigns/programs in the region, incl. local content/ asset creation/ adaptation, with a focus on digital marketing formats & channels.
Manage the marketing and communications budget for the region, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective strategies in alignment with the business streams and with Global Officer M&C.
Develops, plans, manages, and controls internal and external marketing communications inclusive press work and crisis communication at the regional level in coordination with the Global Office Marketing and Communications
Managing and improving all marketing processes and activities, especially in digital marketing, but also in trade fairs/events, market research & analytics, in line with globally defined processes and guidelines.
Responsibility to protect and enhance the company's brand image within the region, ensuring consistency and alignment with global brand guidelines.
Responsible for regional communications in coordination with and acting as key stakeholder/representative to Corporate Communications (Global Office) on PR, crisis communications and social media.
Develop and execute crisis communication plans as needed, ensuring the company's reputation remains intact during challenging times.
Accountable for the regional marketing & communications governance and implementation of the business and global marketing and communications strategy in the region according to global guidelines.
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for growth in the respective region.
Cultivate strong relationships with regional media, partners, influencers, and industry stakeholders to promote the company's brand and initiatives effectively.
Build and lead a high-performing decentralized marketing and communications organisation including customer journey, demand generation, lead generation, sales enablement, content, influencer and partner marketing and local communications, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team's success.
Formulates HR requirements (hiring, skill development, training) for marketing workforce in the region.
