Job Title: Regional Medical Director - Veterinary - ER / Speciality Clinics
Clinics Based: Austin, Texas
Package: $300k+ Package with a production bonus
Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage a brilliant team of Veterinary professionals
- Develop, implement, and oversee essential medical services
- Ensure exemplary delivery of clinical services and client experience
- Provide clinical mentoring, coaching, and training for staff
Requirements:
- DVM / equivalent
- Active Texas license or ability to obtain one
- Experience as an ER veterinarian or Board-Certified Veterinarian
- Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team in a fast-paced setting
