REGIONAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

HYBRID: ASHEVILLE, GREENVILLE NC OR ANDERSON, SC METRO

POSITION SUMMARY

Our client's company consists of four home organization category brands. It is a fast-growing, industry-leading player in the Southeast. All four brands have joined forces under one umbrella to expand their overall footprint, enhance their offerings to clients, and continue to grow in their dominance of the home organization industry. The goals are big and aspirational, but the mentality and level of service remain that of a small business-CUSTOMER FIRST.

The Regional Marketing Specialist will serve as the local marketing representative for the Carolinas, supporting the Vice President of Marketing in managing vendor relationships, executing local marketing strategies, and analyzing key performance metrics. Additionally, this role will involve collaborating with the social media specialist to gather content for social media and assist in on-the-ground marketing efforts at events. This hybrid role requires 1-2 days per week in -office at either their Asheville, Greenville, NC or their Anderson, SC office. Occasional travel for events within the Carolinas.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Local Marketing Execution: Assist in implementing regional marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation in the Carolinas.
  • Vendor Management: Support the Vice President of Marketing in managing relationships with local advertising vendors, print publications, sponsorship partners, and digital marketing agencies.
  • Social Media Content Gathering: Work closely with our Social Media team.
Specialist to capture high-quality photos, videos, and behind-the-scenes content at showrooms, client installations, and local events.
  • Event Coordination: Represent lead brand at home shows, trade events, and networking opportunities across North and South Carolina. Assist in planning and executing event-related marketing initiatives.
  • Marketing Analytics & Reporting: Assist in tracking and reporting weekly KPIs and monthly marketing analytics to measure campaign performance, lead generation, and ROI.
  • Community Engagement: Help foster relationships with local influencers, homebuilders, interior designers, and real estate professionals to expand brand reach.
  • Ad-Hoc Marketing Support: Provide general marketing assistance to the Vice President of Marketing as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2 - 4 years of marketing generalist experience, preferably in a regional/local marketing capacity.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing, content creation, and brand storytelling.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, CRM tools, and basic marketing analytics and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to represent the brand at events and build vendor relationships. Must be comfortable engaging with the general public.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and execution.
  • Willingness to travel within North and South Carolina for events and showroom visits.
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND LOCATION
  • Hybrid Role: 1-2 days per week in-office at either their Asheville or Greenville NC or their Anderson, SC office.
  • Some evening/weekend availability is required for events.
  • Home office with High-Speed Internet is a must.
  • Regional travel required (North & South Carolina)
  • Initial onboarding will consist of training at our Atlanta, GA, headquarters to exceed no more than one work week. All additional onboarding will be done at your preferred work location in SC/NC.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• $65,000 - $75,000 based on experience
