We're seeking a results-oriented
Regional Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives across the New England area. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution, driving customer growth, improving retention, and strengthening brand presence. You'll work closely with regional leadership and executive stakeholders to ensure marketing activities align with broader business goals.
Required Skills - At least 5 years of experience managing marketing across multiple locations, with a strong history of driving leads and revenue
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Deep knowledge of both digital and traditional marketing channels-ranging from SEO/SEM and paid media to email, social, and offline tactics
- Demonstrated ability to translate company objectives into actionable marketing strategies that deliver measurable results
- Analytical mindset with a strong command of performance tracking, data interpretation, and campaign optimization
- Proficiency with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and standard office software
Preferred Skills - Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar field service management software
- Skills in creative design platforms like Adobe Creative Suite or InDesign
- Experience working in private equity-backed or rapidly scaling companies
Compensation: $65,000-$80,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
