T-ROC has the opportunity for you. We are hiring a Full-Time Regional Market Manager to represent an industry leader in home audio systems, noise-canceling headphones, and professional audio products.
Here Are The Details: This role will be remote and require a ?road warrior? mindset. Candidates should expect to spend 1 week per month visiting retail stores and building partnerships in their local market and 3 weeks per month traveling to other markets in the same region. Heavy air travel will be required, although some markets may be reachable by vehicle. Travel needs will always be determined by current initiatives and the needs of the business.
Here's what you'll do on a regular basis, although a role like this means that no two days will ever be the same.
- Engage and build partnerships with personnel at all levels of the retailer
- Be the trusted voice of the brand you represent in the assigned region
- Improve brand advocacy and drive sales of the client's products
- Schedule and support small group trainings, large regional trainings, and special events
- Tightly manage travel and hospitality budgets
- Create and execute a regional sales plan that aligns with business objectives
- Evaluate store and market performance
- Analyze regional sales trends and uncover new opportunities for growth

Here's What You'll Need To ROC This Role: - An entrepreneurial spirit and a hunger to influence the results in the assigned region
- A strong desire to travel within the assigned region
- Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, Market Manager, or similar sales role
- Demonstrated ability to measure and analyze Key Performance Indicators and other success metrics
- Proven experience in building and executing action plans to achieve success
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and a problem-solving attitude
