Job Title: Regional Manager
Location: London & Southern UK (with travel to different sites)
Salary: 55,000 + Excellent Benefits
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to lead front-of-house and client services operations across multiple high-profile sites in London and the South. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and support on-site teams across several locations, ensuring exceptional service delivery
Lead, coach, and develop team members to meet and exceed client expectations
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients
Manage budgets, payroll, invoicing, and produce operational reports
Chair service reviews and lead regular team communications
Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and service excellence
Ensure full compliance with health & safety and operational procedures
About You:
Proven experience in a regional management role, ideally within front-of-house, hospitality, or corporate services
Strong leadership and people management skills across dispersed teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
A proactive, solutions-focused approach to operational challenges
Comfortable working strategically while staying hands-on with day-to-day delivery
