Position: Regional Manager - West
Location: Outside Sales (Position requires frequent travel regionally)

Automotive Product Consultants (APC) provides an array of services in the automotive industry. Our core service, the APC Follow-Up Program, is
a proven system that provides dealerships with a second opportunity to sell sales and service customers F&I products after they have left the dealership.
Principal Purpose of Position:
The Regional Manager is responsible for the overall sales execution of business objectives within their assigned territory. Writing new business, retaining existing accounts, providing quality service, increasing market share and product mix while operating within Automotive Product Consultants guidelines.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Effectively manage your assigned territory and team to drive growth and financial results with APC products and services
Develop new accounts and assist with account acquisitions
Formulate and execute sales plan for designated territory, region, or specific client portfolios to drive sales and revenue results
Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that highlight APC advantages and superior training for prospects/clients
Lead all aspects of the APC sales effort - from initial qualification of a prospect thru the execution of signed contracts
Drive new revenue streams through better execution of marketing and lead generating campaigns/programs provided by APC
Meet monthly sales & productivity objectives for region and all district managers
Develop assigned district managers to your district to maximize potential in current and future roles, succession planning
Develop a consultant relationship with Dealer Principal and senior dealership management
Able to complete multiple duties with accuracy and meet set deadlines
Manage appropriately schedules and events, work independently and exhibit effective time management skills
Travel as needed for company goals, minimum of 75% of the time
Initiate audit/dealership reviews as mandated by company standards
Maintain, create, and execute account development business plans
Ability to use computer/laptop with basic skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook in a business environment
Effectively communicate in writing to APC management and dealership management on a regular basis
Constantly evaluate performance vs. expectations; perform proactive meetings in dealerships
Ensure sales, market and competitive information is noted and reported daily in company CRM before leaving the account location
Install and Complete in-dealership activities(processes), assignments and demonstrations
Document performance of installed dealerships to pro-forma goals and report the results to appropriate manger
Visit all potential customers in specified territories, access opportunity, uncover objections, increase brand awareness, facilitate dealership relationships, problem solve
Utilize the company CRM tool to effectively manage time to produce the best outcome
Attend trade shows and networking events to help drive sales and promote brand awareness
Ensures that all organizational activities and operations are conducted in compliance with organizational guidelines, local, state, federal regulations and laws governing business operations
Have a true commitment to satisfying and retaining clients and APC team members
Support and maintain effective communication with team members and management staff
Assist appropriate mangers, all Field Reps and other accounts with issues or concerns, and assist placing orders
Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the company's values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and vendors
Manage budget and expenses accordingly to reach forecasted growth goals
Participate in district manager evaluations when requested by the appropriate manger
Monthly prospecting support for district managers
Responsible for all product claims and good will situations in accordance with budget and client retention methods to avoid revenue loss
Travel: Position requires regional travel through the southwest and Hawaii
Compensation: $63k + $6k car allowance for a total of $69k + Commissions

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred but not required
10+ years leadership role in automotive
Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, production, and employee management
Proven ability to plan and manage operational process for maximum efficiency and productivity
Ability to streamline and implement new structures and roles that create speed, efficiency, and support rapidly shifting business demands
Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legislative guideline
