Why this job - REGIONAL MANAGER:
A well-established food service leader based in Montana is seeking a Regional Manager to help drive innovation, growth, and community engagement. In this role, you'll work directly with the CEO to oversee 25+ locations across four states.
You'll manage a team of District Managers and be responsible for the sales performance and operational success of each location. Beyond day-to-day oversight, you'll also have the opportunity to develop strategic initiatives and implement operational improvements based on your recommendations. Unlike large corporate franchises bogged down by red tape, this locally owned company values employee input and acts on it quickly.
This position requires weekly travel to various locations within the company's footprint-typically 3-4 days per week. A company vehicle is provided, and all overnight travel expenses are covered.
What You'll Actually Do:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of district and store managers to exceed sales targets and operational goals
- Design and execute regional growth strategies that boost revenue and drive long-term profitability
- Track store performance and financial metrics, proactively addressing issues to ensure continuous improvement
- Conduct regular site visits, offering hands-on coaching and actionable feedback to elevate operations and the customer experience
- Stay ahead of market trends and monitor competitors to uncover new opportunities for growth and innovation
- Deliver clear, data-driven performance reports to the CEO and executive leadership team
- Cultivate a high-performance culture centered around outstanding customer service, team development, and employee engagement
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:
- 2-5 years of multi-site management experience required
- Clear and effective communicator
- Proven experience managing store-level P&Ls
- Skilled at developing employees into leadership roles
- Willing and able to travel 60-70% of the time
- Background in multi-site operations within quick-serve restaurants or retail environments
- Strong, people-first leadership approach
- Passion for mentoring and growing high-performing teams
Where and How Much:
- Target Compensation $90K - $100K + up to $25K annual bonus paid quarterly
- On-site role in Billings, MT, with frequent travel to Wyoming/North Dakota/South Dakota
