- Serve as a strategic business partner to operational leadership, driving technological solutions that enhance operational efficiency and productivity.

- Function as a trusted strategic advisor to key business stakeholders, providing authoritative IT consultation that delivers measurable value across the organization.
- Actively support business development initiatives through expert technical guidance during client engagements and proposal processes.
- As a core member of the business management team, contribute technology perspective to enterprise-level decision making, strategic planning processes, and hiring strategies.
What You Bring: - Comprehensive understanding of warehouse solutions operations, including core processes, technological dependencies, and industry-specific challenges
- Extensive experience with supply chain management and logistics technology platforms, including ERP systems, WMS/TMS implementations, and business integration protocols
- Working knowledge of Blue Yonder (Dispatcher or Discrete) WMS a strong asset
- Working knowledge of ProShip TMS a strong asset
- Proven track record leading complex IT projects spanning enterprise applications, infrastructure systems, and network architecture
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field with commensurate executive-level thinking capabilities
- Minimum 5-7 years successfully managing cross-functional IT teams of 10+ professionals
- Exceptional communication abilities across all organizational levels, from C-suite executives to technical specialists and frontline operations personnel
- Strategic mindset characterized by entrepreneurial initiative, organizational acumen, and results-driven persistence
- Superior English language proficiency in both written and verbal communication
- Proximity to Regional Headquarters with willingness to undertake periodic business travel
