The organization is seeking a ContractMulti-Site Human Resources Leader to support operations across 5+ locations, including manufacturing, lab, and office facilities. In this strategic yet hands-on role, you'll work closely with site leaders and the broader HR function to shape the employee experience, support business performance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicate, implement, and support the delivery of HR programs across sites in alignment with enterprise HR strategy
  • Serve as the primary HR partner for site leaders, guiding workforce planning, employee engagement, and talent development
  • Provide coaching and counsel on performance management, labor/employee relations, and organizational development
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and Business HR teams to ensure consistency, compliance, and excellence in delivery
  • Lead and support workplace investigations and ensure fair and consistent resolution practices
  • Promote a culture centered on feedback, transparent communication, and continuous improvement
  • Leverage data and analytics to identify trends, surface insights, and inform decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external labor laws
  • Support union and non-union environments with a focus on proactive HR strategy
  • Travel regularly (approximately 25%) to supported sites to maintain a strong HR presence and build relationships

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, including direct support of manufacturing and shift-based operations
  • Union/labor relations experience strongly preferred
  • Spanish fluency required
  • Proven ability to influence across all levels of an organization and drive cultural change
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and organizational design
  • Experience with HR analytics and a continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment with a geographically dispersed workforce
  • Willingness to travel as needed (25%) to support multi-site operations
