The Director of Operations oversees a team of location & department specific managers, that facilitate day to day and ensure the successful execution of all operational strategies in alignment with the company's goals and objectives. Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field- preferred
- 2-5 years of industry related experience
- 2-5 years of senior leadership experience, project management, or related operations leadership role
- Sound financial acumen with experience in budget management
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Active CPR certification (must be obtained within 30 days of hire)
Supervisory Responsibility
This position serves as the immediate supervisor to managers within the department and indirect supervisor to the supporting staff. As a department supervisor, this role is responsible for executing departmental processes & strategy, driving profits and operational excellence throughout each locations.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position that allows for a combination of both onsite and remote work hours. While the expected days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm, this schedule is largely dictated by the demands of the department and at times may lack consistency from week to week. Early morning, evening and weekend work is required as job duties demand, however flextime is applied accordingly and as deemed necessary.
Travel
This position requires a moderate amount of travel. This individual will be expected but not limited to travel between all locations as job duties demand. Although travel is primarily local during the business day, some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.
Work Authorization/Security Clearance
This position requires additional screening as a condition of hire.
Salary
$70,000 - $80,000 year + Bonus Incentive
