Regional Director (Multi-Site Physical Therapist) Ventura County
Clinic Locations: Camarillo, South Oxnard, Thousand Oaks, and upcoming Ladera Heights

Spine Sport Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with strong leadership qualities and a passion for outpatient care to step into a Regional / Multi-Site PT Director role overseeing our Ventura County locations. Who Were Looking For:
Were searching for a motivated, team-oriented clinician with at least 2 years of experience as a practicing Physical Therapist. Prior leadership or clinic management experience is highly preferred. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced outpatient setting, is skilled in evidence-based orthopedic practice, and is ready to lead by example across multiple clinics.

Position Highlights:

• Lead a growing region of outpatient clinics, including Camarillo, South Oxnard, Thousand Oaks, and a new location in Ladera Heights

• Serve as a key driver of clinic performance, team culture, and patient satisfaction

• Collaborate with operational leadership to ensure KPIs, compliance, and profitability goals are met

• Mentor and support staff PTs, PTAs, and clinic aides

Compensation Benefits:

• Competitive base salary: $95,000 $110,000+ (based on experience and other job related factors)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee clinic operations and staff for assigned locations

• Provide direct patient care as needed, including evaluations and individualized treatment planning

• Lead and mentor clinical teams, fostering a high-performance, collaborative environment

• Ensure consistent adherence to clinical quality standards and regulatory compliance

• Manage clinic-level budgets, staffing, scheduling, and performance metrics

• Partner with recruiting and HR to hire, train, and retain top talent

• Implement regional initiatives to drive patient satisfaction, referral growth, and operational efficiency

Qualifications:

• Current California Physical Therapist License (or eligible)

• Minimum 2 years of outpatient orthopedic experience

• Prior management, clinic director, or multi-site leadership experience preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Passion for team development and delivering excellent patient care

• Willingness to travel regularly within the Ventura County region
