About the Role:
CrowdStrike is seeking a Regional Director of Corporate Sales to lead, coach, and mentor a team of talented Senior Corporate Account Executives who focus on new logo acquisition and client development account management. This team manages the full sales cycle for the mid-market segment
What You'll Do:
Frontline manager for a team of 6-10 Senior Corporate Account Executives
Coach reps on sales strategies, technique, and best practices
Forecast accurately to management
Work with internal teams to grow the team's pipeline and increase close rates
Recruit and train new Senior Corporate Account Executives
Meet with customers and prospects to understand their security needs and how CrowdStrike may be able to stop them from being breached
What You'll Need:
3+ years of Sales experience generating net new business for a technology company, preferably in SaaS and/or Security
1+ years of front-line sales management with history of meeting/exceeding quota and performance expectations
Experience with Salesforce reporting
Track record of leading a successful team
Experience hiring and working in a rapidly changing environment
Channel Sales experience
