About the Role:

CrowdStrike is seeking a Regional Director of Corporate Sales to lead, coach, and mentor a team of talented Senior Corporate Account Executives who focus on new logo acquisition and client development account management. This team manages the full sales cycle for the mid-market segment

What You'll Do:

  • Frontline manager for a team of 6-10 Senior Corporate Account Executives

  • Coach reps on sales strategies, technique, and best practices

  • Forecast accurately to management

  • Work with internal teams to grow the team's pipeline and increase close rates

  • Recruit and train new Senior Corporate Account Executives

  • Meet with customers and prospects to understand their security needs and how CrowdStrike may be able to stop them from being breached

What You'll Need:

  • 3+ years of Sales experience generating net new business for a technology company, preferably in SaaS and/or Security

  • 1+ years of front-line sales management with history of meeting/exceeding quota and performance expectations

  • Experience with Salesforce reporting

  • Track record of leading a successful team

  • Experience hiring and working in a rapidly changing environment

  • Channel Sales experience
