Your Role
Our Regional CSR team seeks an experienced CSR Project Manager focused on Sustainable Transport. You will ensure the implementation, monitoring, and reporting of the group's CSR strategy. Collaboration with business development, operations, and customer networks on CSR and CO2 initiatives is essential.
This role requires European travel, with 2-3 overnight stays per month.
Responsibilities
- Align regional sustainable transport objectives with group strategies, focusing on customer engagement, decarbonisation, and upskilling colleagues.
- Engage with regional functions to deploy the CSR agenda across all CEVA products.
- Present and review CSR offerings with customers, including CO2 dashboards, and define customer requirements.
- Support business development and operational teams with RFIs and RFQs, showcasing CSR capabilities.
- Drive internal CSR initiatives such as community engagement workshops, webinars, events, and participate in industry exhibitions.
- Assist external communication teams with CSR press releases, social media, and celebrations.
- Develop CSR Sustainable Transport & Logistics offerings, monitor industry practices, and create CSR toolkits for sales teams.
- Produce reports on CSR achievements for internal and customer use.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates will have significant experience in contract logistics or transport, preferably in a customer-facing or project management role with a focus on CSR. Skills include managing CSR projects, facilitating workshops, and delivering presentations. Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
