Apply today and embark on a new career journey.CompensationCompetitive hourly pay rate + $9,000 annual bonus potential paid out quarterlyOverviewWHAT WE OFFEREarly wage access and weekly pay - get paid when you need itHealth and wellness benefits plansPaid time off and holidays401(k) with employer matchingPaid training, drive time, and mileage between store locationsEmployee discounts and incentivesReferral bonusTax savings with flexible spending accounts for parking, transit, dependents, and healthcare costsOpportunity to work with a growing company that actively rewards and promotes its employeesWHAT YOU'LL DOManage strategic relationships by cultivating and maintaining high-level market contacts to propose, negotiate, and facilitate product training and larger training opportunities (could be 8-10 regional and national carrier dealers at a time)Collaborate with client contacts to drive and support key product initiatives within assigned marketsEvent Oversight and Execution: Plan, oversee, and participate in special events such as product launches, kickoff meetings, and trade shows, ensuring impactful engagement and representationFacilitate and manage, pre-launch training sessions for new devices at a national or regional level, effectively delivering content to both small and large groups (10-100 attendees), ensuring thorough comprehension and readinessDrive attendance and engagement in district and region-wide webinar training sessions, providing ongoing support and resourcesDevelop and sustain strong partnerships with mid to upper-level dealer field management within the assigned carrier channel, fostering collaborative successProvide detailed reports on market trends and competitive activities within the carrier's channels, offering insights and recommendations for strategic advantageDevelop and maintain a comprehensive contact matrix for assigned carriers and markets to effectively educate, advocate, and persuade carrier partners to recommend handsets over competitorsOther duties as assigned by managementWHAT YOU'LL BRINGExperience and Education:Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business administration is preferred or equivalent experienceMinimum 2 + years of training experience regarding selling technical devices or products3 to 5 years' of previous wireless service and device sales experienceMinimum 2+ years previous experience working with carrier locationsSkills and Attributes:High degree of independent judgment and strategic thinking to effectively manage relationships, drive initiatives, and deliver impactful training and presentationsExceptional presentation, communication, training, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage and persuade senior-level stakeholdersDeep knowledge of wireless technologies, data devices, and data solutions, with the ability to translate technical features into compelling sales propositionsProficiency in various sales methodologies and the ability to articulate compelling value propositionsProficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time Physical Requirements:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
