Job Summary: The Regional Account Manager plays a crucial role in driving our commercial revenue by acquiring new accounts, managing strategic accounts, and activating key accounts while supporting our franchise system. This position requires close collaboration with franchises, commercial prospects, key clients, and Centers of Influence (COIs) to establish and nurture profitable, long-term relationships. The successful candidate will utilize their expertise in business development and relationship management to drive prospecting, negotiation, contract securing, and account management, all aimed at growing our business within the region and supporting our goal of achieving $10B in commercial sales.
Key Responsibilities: - Territory Development: Conduct research to identify opportunities for account acquisition and growth, and develop strategic plans to maximize these opportunities and activate accounts.
- Target Account Execution: Engage in a consultative sales approach to prospect and close new commercial client programs, negotiating master service agreements and facilitating implementation.
- Account Management: Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers to enhance service utilization, ensure satisfaction, and address concerns; lead quarterly business reviews for revenue growth strategies.
- Account Relationship Management: Collaborate with COIs, internal teams, and franchises to enhance business development efforts and offer exceptional client experiences.
- Account Activation: Assign account locations, partner with marketing to create targeted sales materials, and support franchisees in local account relationships.
- Franchise Engagement and Support: Assist franchise sales representatives with securing regional contracts and offer training on client engagement strategies to strengthen partnerships.
- Franchise Sales Support: Provide training and tools to franchise representatives, including sales collateral, product brochures, and competitive insights.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), document business development activities in Salesforce, and report results and progress at quarterly meetings.
- Other Activities: Participate in trade shows, industry events, and client engagement initiatives as assigned.

- Successfully win new client programs and renew existing agreements.
- Oversee the complete client activation process alongside marketing support.

Required Qualifications: - Must reside in the Northeast United States.
- 5-10 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management with a focus on commercial sales.
- Familiarity with the commercial sales cycle and procurement processes.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- Proactive in identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
- Experience within a franchise system and/or in the restoration industry is advantageous.
Education: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Working Conditions: - Location: Headquarters or remote, depending on territory.
- Standard working hours based on a 40-hour work week with additional hours as needed.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% to meet business requirements.
