Responsibilities:
  • Manage (and grow) existing Tier-1 and OEM customers
  • Achieve group objectives based on the operative and strategic business plan
  • Develop and strengthen customer network on a regional basis in collaboration with the dedicated customer teams (regional and global)
  • Identify customer trends and anticipate customer needs
  • Maintain key account strategy alignment with Regions and Global Engineering
Qualifications:
  • BS in Technical Discipline or Business Admin./ Business Management
  • Excellent analytical, commercial, negotiation, presentation, and moderation skills
  • Ability to work in a cross-cultural global environment
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and strong follow-up
  • Ability to travel 30%
