Trevett Facilities Recruitment USA is engaged with a Global Facilities Services company who are seeking an experienced Regional Account Manager to join their team in New York City, New York.
The Role:
To oversee a portfolio of facilities management accounts in New York, NY. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of services, managing P&L, driving business growth, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and guide teams across a portfolio of accounts to ensure that contractual commitments are consistently met and exceeded.
- Identify and execute opportunities for portfolio growth, including securing additional services, projects, and contract renewals.
- Ensure that client expectations are surpassed while increasing revenue and profitability.
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring effective staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation across multiple accounts.
- Oversee P&L for the portfolio, including budgeting, cost control, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Drive financial performance through strong commercial governance, accurate forecasting, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Maintain and develop strong, long-term relationships with key clients. Conduct regular account reviews (monthly, quarterly, and annual) to ensure satisfaction, address issues, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory, policy, and contractual obligations across accounts. Implement and monitor appropriate governance processes to maintain operational excellence and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to support the sales process.
- Lead the mobilization and transition of new accounts to ensure seamless handover from sales to operations.
- Work closely with other operational leaders to drive business development, innovation, and efficient team coordination.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Facilities Management within Hard Services environments.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Strong leadership, financial, and operational management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
