Position Overview: As a Regional Manager, Enterprise Accounts at Flashfood, you will focus on the retention and growth of Flashfood's enterprise-level grocery retail accounts within your assigned region. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Partnerships, you will play a key role in maintaining relationships with large grocery partners, driving their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for account growth and expansion. This is a strategic role that requires a deep understanding of the grocery industry and the ability to navigate complex grocery operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Retention:
    • Manage relationships with assigned enterprise grocery accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
    • Act as the main point of contact for strategic partners, maintaining regular communication to understand needs, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience with Flashfood's platform.
    • Monitor account health and performance metrics, proactively identifying risks and implementing strategies to retain partners.
  • Account Growth:
    • Identify opportunities for expansion within existing accounts, collaborating with partners to explore new initiatives, locations, or services that align with Flashfood's solutions.
    • Develop and implement strategic account plans focused on driving incremental revenue and usage of Flashfood's platform.
    • Collaborate with the Sales team on cross-selling and upselling opportunities within enterprise accounts.
  • Strategic Partner Engagement:
    • Work closely with senior decision-makers at grocery chains, understanding their operational challenges and aligning Flashfood's solutions to meet their business goals.
    • Deliver quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and other strategic presentations to key stakeholders, providing insights on performance, best practices, and opportunities for growth.
  • Operational Coordination:
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Marketing, and Onboarding, to ensure a seamless experience for enterprise accounts.
    • Work with partners to implement Flashfood solutions effectively, addressing technical and operational requirements.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Analyze account data and performance metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential growth opportunities.
    • Prepare and deliver reports on account health, satisfaction, and growth progress to the Head of Customer Success and other key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, grocery or related roles
  • Proven track record of managing large enterprise accounts, with a focus on retention and growth.
  • Strong understanding of grocery operations and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures within grocery retail chains.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other customer success tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
