POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
The Refund Coordinator is responsible for the research and resolution of credit balances for payers and patients. This position is responsible to initiating the refund process to patients and insurance companies
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
A High School graduate or equivalent is required. Experience in hospital environment is preferred
