The general scheduled workdays are Monday through Friday, plus overtime when required.Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Refrigeration Servicer Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering technical training programs for our service technicians and authorized service partners. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our team is equipped with the skills and knowledge to service, repair, and maintain refrigeration products effectively. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in refrigeration systems and a passion for teaching and sharing their expertise.Responsibilities:Develop, design, and deliver comprehensive training programs on the service, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration products.Provide hands-on and classroom-based and Webinar based training to internal service technicians, authorized service partners, and other relevant personnel.Keep training materials up-to-date with product changes, new technologies, and service best practices.Conduct technical training sessions at various company locations, customer sites, or through virtual platforms as needed.Troubleshoot and demonstrate solutions for common technical issues, guiding technicians through diagnostic and repair processes.Work closely with the product development and technical support teams to stay informed on product specifications, service bulletins, and common service challenges.Assess and evaluate technician performance during training sessions and provide feedback to help improve their skills.Stay current on industry standards, codes, and best practices for servicing refrigeration products.Travel to different locations as required for on-site training and support.Assist in developing service manuals, quick reference guides, and other technical documentation to support field technicians.Provide regular reports and status updates and training evaluations to customer service manager.Supporting the growth and development of our service network.Requirements:Qualifications:High School Education.5+ years of hands-on experience in refrigeration service, repair, or maintenance.Strong technical knowledge of refrigeration systems, including compressors, condensers, evaporators, and electrical components.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.Experience developing and delivering technical training programs or leading workshops.Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose refrigeration system issues and effectively teach these skills to others.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple training programs at various locations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) for developing training materials.Willingness to travel as needed to support training at different locations.Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.Preferred:Certification in HVAC-R or EPA Section 608.Previous experience as a technical trainer in the refrigeration or HVAC industry.Experience with both residential and commercial refrigeration systems.Working Conditions:Office based and field based8-hour shiftsMonday- FridayIf interested in the position, Click here to Apply.PI0-
