We are currently seeking a Mobile Service Engineer to cover a patch in North London. The ideal candidate will reside in or near North London to ensure easy access to the service areas. The role involves supporting Nisbets by attending to product warranty repairs and out-of-warranty repairs across several brands, including our own.
We offer: No weekend work or on-call duties, Monday - Friday, 45 hours per week.
Key Accountabilities
- Diagnose and repair commercial refrigeration and electrical catering equipment.
- Communicate with customers on-site and coordinate with service administration teams.
- Stay updated with new products and developments.
- Respond to engineer and customer queries via phone.
- Report product issues and collaborate with QC/service managers on product improvements and safety concerns.

Skills and Experience
- Electrical safety knowledge
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Experience in fault-finding and diagnostics
- Ability to use a company van for personal use
- Excellent communication skills
